Today, Katerina, Jonathan, Ángele, Geke, Andrea and me were taking lunch, when Katerina has begun to receive SMS messages, talking about new explosions in the London underground.
We tried to obtain more information on the TV, but they didn’t report nothing about the explosions.
In the online newspapers, there are some information, but, at this moment, I think that the more independent and complete information is in the Wikipedia. Just as they did in the 7th July explosions, Wikipedia is reporting on the fly all the news about the explosions.
Fortunately it seems it is not so severe as the explosions on 7th July, but, anyway, Katerina, Ángela and me have decided to cancel our visit to London this saturday. We can not avoid to be a bit frightened, and it is very difficult that we are going to enjoy the visit under these circumstances, so the best option is to stay at Milton Keynes. A pity.
It is such a pity that our lives are changing into a constant battle to survive all these unpredictable situations. Let’s hope that no more innocent people get affected from all this madness.
My mood had already been affected by the full moon tonight and to make things worse this happens…how can one concentrate and pretend everything is fine and keep on working…grrrrrrrr
