Juan (one of my flatmates) has passed me a style guide of a well-known Physycs journal, containing suggestions to write better papers.
I have uploaded the guide to my site.
Although focused on the Physics field, it gives good suggestions for papers in any scientific field, and includes a section dedicated to non-english speakers, where you can find the most frequent mistakes made by foreigner people, and how to avoid them.
A must read for any PhD student
